Riyadh, 15 December 2025<\/em> \u2013 Riyadh became today the capital of global hospitality as Host Arabia<\/strong>, HORECA Riyadh<\/strong> and Salon du Chocolat et de la P\u00e2tisserie<\/strong> opened their doors, marking the beginning of the Kingdom\u2019s largest and most anticipated hospitality and foodservice event of the year.<\/p>\n

Held from 15 to 17 December 2025<\/strong> at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center<\/strong>, the joint event\u2014organized by Semark Group<\/strong> in collaboration with Fiera Milano<\/strong> and Hospitality Services <\/strong>under the strategic partnership of the Culinary Arts Commission (CAC)<\/strong>\u2014brings together the full spectrum of the hospitality industry under one roof.<\/p>\n

The opening ceremony was attended by senior officials, ambassadors, and leading figures from the public and private sectors, alongside distinguished guests of honor Guillaume Gomez<\/strong>, President of Groupe Gastronomie<\/em> and former French ambassador for gastronomy, and renowned Belgian Chocolatier Pierre Marcolini<\/strong>, who joined the celebrations to mark this new milestone in Saudi Arabia\u2019s journey to becoming a global leader in hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism.<\/p>\n

Uniting four major events, Host Arabia<\/strong>, HORECA Riyadh<\/strong>, Salon du Chocolat et de la P\u00e2tisserie Riyadh<\/strong>, and Saudi Elite Chefs, <\/strong>this extraordinary week redefines the scale of professional gatherings in the region. Across 42,000 square meters<\/strong>, the events feature over 660 exhibitors<\/strong> from more than 60 countries<\/strong>, representing over 5,000 brands<\/strong>, and expect to welcome 50,000 professional visitors<\/strong> over three days. Together, they form a powerhouse of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.<\/p>\n

Host Arabia<\/strong>, making its Saudi debut<\/strong>, brings the international excellence of Host Milano<\/strong> to the region for the very first time. As an extension of the world\u2019s foremost hospitality exhibition organized by Fiera Milano, Host Arabia connects over 180 exhibitors<\/strong>, representing more than 800 brand<\/strong> with the dynamic Saudi and GCC markets, fostering new partnerships and investment opportunities. The event also features a strong participation of Italian companies \u2014 supported also by ITA \u2013 Italian Trade Agency<\/strong> and Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation<\/strong> \u2014 highlighting the innovation, quality, and craftsmanship of the Made in Italy hospitality sector.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, HORECA Riyadh<\/strong>, now in its 14th edition<\/strong>, continues its legacy as the Kingdom\u2019s leading hospitality and foodservice exhibition. It gathers over 400 exhibitors<\/strong> and 3,500 brands<\/strong>, showcasing cutting-edge solutions across foodservice<\/strong>, catering, design, and coffee culture<\/strong><\/p>\n

Over the next three days, visitors will experience a dynamic program of masterclasses, live competitions, and expert-led talks<\/strong>, uniting over 70 international chefs and speakers<\/strong>. The Hospitality Salon Culinaire<\/strong>, Saudi Barista<\/strong>, and Mocktail Competitions<\/strong> are once again among the event\u2019s highlights, celebrating talent and excellence in every aspect of hospitality. Running concurrently within the exhibition is the third edition of Salon du Chocolat et de la P\u00e2tisserie Riyadh<\/strong>, held in partnership with Hospitality Services, transforming the center into a world of sweetness and artistry. With over 80 exhibitors<\/strong>, 700 brands<\/strong>, and 40 masterclasses, live demonstrations, and competitions<\/strong>, the event gathers 40 international and regional pastry chefs and chocolatiers<\/strong>. Guests will enjoy a curated experience of chocolate, pastry, and dessert innovation, celebrating both international craftsmanship and the richness of Saudi culinary creativity.<\/p>\n

Adding to the momentum, the second edition of Saudi Elite Chefs<\/strong>, organized by the Culinary Arts Commission<\/strong>, also opened today. This prestigious event brings together the Kingdom\u2019s top chefs in a series of high-level competitions that showcase Saudi cuisine, inspire the next generation of culinary professionals, and reflect the nation\u2019s growing influence on the global gastronomic stage.<\/p>\n
